Core Connections is our signature 3 part program designed to transform that tricky afternoon period. In this hands on 5 hour intensive workshop we wont just talk about it we will do it. You will learn exactly how to run a 45 minute session that ticks every box for regulation movement and social emotional learning.

We spend the day running through the three pillars of the program so you leave totally confident to run it yourself.

• The Yarning Circle How to run a 15 minute circle time that actually builds connection and emotional literacy without the wiggles taking over.

• The Movement Group Learn a set of targeted gross and fine motor activities that get the yayas out while building essential physical skills for learning.

• The Relaxation Mat Master the art of bringing the energy back down with simple mindfulness and breathwork that even high energy children can engage with.

You Will Leave With A complete plug and play 45 minute routine you can start using tomorrow to turn your chaotic afternoons into a time of calm connection and purposeful play.
