Wednesday Prep Foundation Program - 28th January to 18th February, 2026 (4 x Wednesdays)
Wednesday Prep Foundation Program
A four-week transition program designed to build the physical and emotional foundations your child needs before starting primary school. Parents stay and participate throughout, so you're learning alongside your child and can continue these strategies at home.
Whether your child is nervous about starting school, needs support with body awareness and coordination, struggles to regulate their emotions, or finds socialising challenging, this program creates a safe, playful space to build the skills and confidence they'll need.
Each session includes you and your child together. We guide you through movement activities, play-based learning, and simple strategies you can practice at home. This isn't about changing your child. It's about understanding how their body works and giving them the physical and emotional tools they need to walk into year one feeling ready. You'll leave each session knowing exactly what to do and why it matters.
A stronger sense of their own body and what it can do. Practical tools to calm themselves when things feel big. More confidence moving through the world. Better understanding of left to right, spatial concepts, and how their body moves. And perhaps most importantly, parents who understand exactly how to support their development.
Starting primary school is a big transition. Your child needs to feel confident in their own body, able to manage their emotions, and supported by parents who understand how their development works. This four-week program gives your child exactly that.
